QRIScloud users have a range of support options to choose from. The following information can also be used by anyone with questions about QRIScloud.

Contains a community knowledgebase for managing virtual machines on NeCTAR and other platforms.

This is the official NeCTAR support portal. Use this for issues that need to be resolved at the national level, e.g., changing ownership on a project.

We are happy to come and see you in person or talk to you by phone, skype, or other means, to discuss your needs.
